I went through a big scanning and data entry exercise a few years ago in an attempt to get all of battlehamster's and my books logged into a piece of software called Readerware (the comics still have to fend for themselves). I'm kind of regretting not filling in the field for where each book is shelved because now there's about 3000 of them and it's going to take even longer to go through and log them all than it would have at the time. We keep having clear outs and taking books to the charity shop but then we blink and there's more of the things. I'm starting to think that they multiply when they come into contact with cat fur ;)
