I think I laughed more at this one episode of Big Bang Theory S04 than I did at the whole of S03.

House, meanwhile, was the boringest thing ever boringed.

I could've done without the robot-masturbation sub-story (really could've done without it), but Sheldon's date was wonderful.

Honestly, I could do without Howard, but if we must have him then I'd rather have him getting his jollies through science than being hideously sexist. There was a rather large amount of schadenfreude in my enjoyment of those segments.

I do admit it probably worked mostly because I was still giggling at Sheldon - sort of filler laughter rather than genuine funnies.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of sexist!Howard either. I do think he's got a great dynamic with the others, but I prefer him as a supporting player. It feels like whenever they focus on the character, they do something kind of icky with him.

I'll also admit that I have a slight squick for storylines about people getting trapped or stuck, so that probably killed any possible chance of my enjoying those scenes.
