Courtesy of
senmut, and the production of HMS Pinafore that I saw on Saturday and still have songs stuck in my head from.
Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer these questions. You can't use the artist I used. Try not to repeat a song title. It's a lot harder than you think!
Pick your artist: D'Oyly Carte
Are you a male or female: My name is John Wellington-Wells
Describe yourself: In 1940 I of age shall be
How do you feel: Oh joy, oh rapture unforeseen
Describe where you currently live: From the sunny Spanish shores
If you could go anywhere, where would you go: Over the bright blue sea
Your favorite form of transportation: We sail the ocean blue
Your best friend is: Here's a man of jollity
You and your best friends are: A rollicking band of pirates we
What's the weather like: The sun whose rays are all ablaze
Favorite time of day: Hark, the hour of ten is sounding
If your life was a TV show, what would it be called: Oh, Mother, do not ask
What is life to you: My eyes are fully open to my awful situation
Your last relationship: Love, unrequited, robs me of my rest
Your fear: Tower warders, under orders
What is the best advice you have to give: If you're in you're sure to win
Thought for the Day: The question, gentlemen, is one of liquor
How I would like to die: When the foeman bares his steel
My soul's present condition: Alas, I waver to and fro
My motto: Never mind the why and wherefore
Plans For Tomorrow: I'm telling a terrible story
Favorite Quote: There is beauty in the bellow of the blast
Your Best Hang Out: Now for the pirates' lair!

'There is beauty in the bellow of the blast' is a great one. My favourite's still 'Love unrequited/when you're lying awake with a dismal headache', though.

(Yes, that did actually come out of my head without the intervention of Google or Wikipedia. I blame having read the entire Little House on the Prairie series when I was four years old... *g*)
